“Memories” and releasing

As the New Earth energies have expanded and deepened many of you may be wondering why you are being shown “past events” in the form of “flashbacks” or “memories”.

These may come out of the blue, you may just suddenly remember a memory from some time in your life and be taken aback by the emotions that arise within you as you now “view” this memory again.  

It is to be noted that although I guide in relation to FREQUENCY, what you experience at a human conscious waking mind level is the MANIFESTATION of said frequency.  

You are after all in human form in this incarnation.

So as you begin to work to dissolve the old 3D earth lower dimensional frequencies these will appear to you as memories.

It is important to note that you are not shown these memories in order to relive them, this is not the purpose of the human logical mind showing you them.

You are asked to ACCEPT and to ACKNOWLEDGE them and this is part of the dissolving process.

It will make no logical sense to you at a human conscious waking mind level why in the middle of doing something in your current moment you are suddenly taken back to childhood or any other part of your human life experience.

It is also vital to allow the dissolving, if you are able to detach from the surge of emotion and find balance within the moment it is possible to view these memories in the 3rd person, that is as you looking at you WITHIN the frequency of the memory.

It may be that you try to push the memory away and to stuff it back down into the heart space, this is NOT supported in the New Earth and will work AGAINST you at this time.

Once more I would guide clearly the memory is coming to you for RELEASE, it is not coming to you to try to lower your vibration albeit the old 3d earth will try to make you fall into the memory in order to do this.

After all this is the process of RELEASE, the old 3d earth reality can only still exist whilst it is being fed by the lower dimensional frequencies.  

By pouring the LOVE that IS through the memory you dissolve it and release it.

It is also vital at this time to note that hindsight serves NO PURPOSE, for as the memory arises within you then the old 3d earth reality will try to teach you that you should have done “x” or “y”.

This is not possible, you did what you did in that moment with the information that was available to you AT THAT MOMENT.

As with all trauma the trauma will not begin to surface until your human vehicle is able to cope with it.

This is why at this time so many memories are now coming up for release within each human vehicle, for anyone who has ever worked with victims of trauma will note that only when the person begins to feel a measure of safety does the body begin to process the actual trauma.

The human race are moving OUT of trauma, that is the old 3d earth CREATED reality which IS TRAUMA, and is now working to come back into balance and to anchor the LOVE that IS.

At all times becoming more consciously aware of the process that is now unfolding will see you begin to work to new levels.

For the old 3d earth reality will give you but part of the picture, you can only work with the New Earth energies deeply when you have a WHOLE picture.  

Becoming more conscious of those around you and what they are going through also helps this process for each human vehicle is going through a process of release at this time and this will continue to expand and to deepen.  

For a race that has been TAUGHT to fear deep emotion there are various trigger points that will see people around you behave in what you perceive as “strange” ways.

Many within the old 3d earth reality have no idea how to handle deep emotion, they have never been given the skills to do this.

LOVE is the answer, no matter the question.  

When words fail you then LOVE those around you, BE there for them, this does not equate to allowing people to walk over you or step over boundaries, indeed putting in energetic boundaries is vital at this time of mass release.

You are asked to have LOVE and compassion for those who lash out, who try to further hurt in the TAUGHT reality that to hurt another is to keep SELF safe.

This is distortion and can only be worked with at the higher dimensional frequency levels.  

LOVE JUST IS and YOU ARE.  

Do not expect instant, allow the scenarios and the events to play out and to unfold for there are many miracles that are now birthing upon and within planet earth.

LOVE knows no boundaries, no race, no color, no gender, LOVE is the highest frequency in the universe.

Allow this frequency to flow through you, the old 3d earth reality will try to get you to define what love is, it is UNDEFINABLE for it is vast and expansive and seeks to heal at ALL TIMES.
