I understand that I AM LOVE

I understand that I AM LOVE...
and I radiate this out across the planet.

ALL actions out of anger...

 are an attempt to protect the HEART space from further hurt...

... and this is distortion.

In order to protect the HEART…

 the HEART must be open and allow...

the LOVE that IS to flow through it…  

 in order to heal and to expand.
 

 I AM THE CHANGE I WISH TO SEE IN THE WORLD...
