WE ARE LIVING IN EXTRAORDINARY TIMES

Around your planet there is a great presence of Light, many Angelic beings and Masters of Wisdom.

They are directing this energy of Light to human beings who can use that Light in their spiritual development.

So you would do a very good thing for yourself if you would open for this manifestation of Light and if you would open your hearts towards each other.

Forgive yourself and each other because you are all innocent beings.

You are all beautiful beings.

You are not just small humans with everyday problems; you are much more than that.

You are immortal Beings of Light.

Awake to this reality, discover who you are actually, and try to bring in your life that which is eternal, that which uplifts you.

And search for beauty in your life and spread it around.

You do not need to wait for an evacuation or transformation of Earth, this will all come at the right time, so do not worry.

You will all be informed and ready enough when the time comes.

Until then… live your life in its fullness.

Enjoy in your life, try to fill it with rainbow, which is inside of you and try to connect with us.

We are always willing to connect with you in all possible ways.

Try to reach us in your meditations.

We can help you a lot, even in your physical life.

You would be very surprised if you would know how much help you can get from Ascended Masters.

We are not working only with groups.

Each individual human being is important to us.

We would like to stress again that there is a lot of Love present around your Planet.

You can call that Love; focus your attention on it. If you would like to complete your cycle of embodiments as human being and live as Ascended Master, this is available for you.

This is called the Ascension. Yes, you can experience the Ascension in this lifetime, but you need to wish that. We send you our blessings.

This is the Ashtar Command.

MEDITATION FOR CONNECTION ASHTAR COMMAND

Relax yourself, close your eyes and watch your breath.

Imagine that you are surrounded and protected with a brilliant white Light.

Watch your breath which comes and goes and this will relax you.

Then watch your feelings and then your thoughts for a minute.

Think about the Ashtar Command and call for connection with your entire mind, with all of your being.

Focus your attention towards your heart center, breath through it and be open for connection.

A connection which comes is always very gentle, full of Light.

It is never sudden.

If thoughts appear just return your consciousness towards breathing through the heart center.

And through some time you will begin to receive telepathic messages.
