Slowly
close your eyes, and let the pictures of the day’s activities swarm before YOU.
In your mind review them and then send the images
far into the distance where they become very small and finally vanish from your
optical fabric.
A very small speck marks
the point of departure and you can drain your mind through that point.
The pictures will come slower and slower as
your memory of the day is carried away and filed somewhere beyond the mental
molecule.
Wait patiently for the next scene and then the next
to depart.
The clutter of your mind
diminishes and soon just fleeting bits of memories will speed through your
visual vortex.
These last images are
called junk pictures.
You will know
that when the junk ends, when the last of it is gone, all will be quite and you
can serenely watch just the single speck in your mind.
Remember the spot and its uses. When you have reached the speck, wait and
watch.
If you wish to know something
from another place or time, wait till the spec vanishes and observe what enters
from that place.
Your visual field will now be seamless, with one
small dot in the center.
Always enjoy a
deep sense of calm and relaxation that comes from watching this silent point.
There are other uses of the particle.
If you wish to direct a future event, let
that speck expand into a picture of what you want to occur.
Let it expand larger and larger.
Let it expand until it fills the cosmos,
until the picture is so large that you can see no part of it and it
vanishes.
Practice this until you can do it very
rapidly.
Be careful… picture making
works something like cosmic want-ads.
Your picture’s strength will depend on how specific it is.
Be sure to add all the details and richness
to your image that you want to have happen.
Weak, incomplete pictures bring weak, incomplete results. You will get what you imagine!
Practice until you master strong, clear and
complete pictures.
At last the speck
will disappear and the information you want will come in long rapid strings of
intense imagery.
You have heard of dreamless sleep? Practice having a sleepless dream!
