We are driven toward that which feels safe and secure and being where and with whom we feel comfortable.
Any feelings of lack or deficiency in these areas will surface to show us that change is needed.
Pay attention not just to what people are telling you, but also to their actions.
Is there something you have seen before but disregarded?
It may get quite “noisy” today, so let’s practice a new twist on the shamanic technique of being like a wise old owl inside a tree by becoming the tree.
