A shocking report prepared for
President Putin by The Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) on the 7 July catastrophic flood
that devastated the southern Russian Caucasus Mountain
town of Krymsk,
killing 171 people
and damaging more than 4,000 homes, states that no timely warnings
were given ahead of this disaster as the cause of it was classified by Defense
Minister Anatoly Serdyukov
as an “extreme and out-of-control NATO-US
weather war event.”
According to this report, there have
been up to now no “active mechanisms for
communications” between Ministries when events such as this occur as the
missions of EMERCOM and the Defense Ministry conflicted due to the radar images
of this freak storm being given the highest classification level “Of
Special Importance” and refers to information which,
if released, would cause damage to the entire Russian Federation.
The “damage” feared by the Defense Ministry should these radar images
be released and the public warned of this storm, this report says, would be
NATO and the United States learning of Russian capabilities to monitor and
track these “weather war events”
before they actually occur due to their unique “geomagnetic signatures.”
And in what reads more like science
fiction than science fact, this report warns that NATO-US “weather war” experiments being carried out for the first time this
year, and which caused the Krymsk flood disaster, involve creating “electromagnetic dams” to block our
Earth’s “atmospheric rivers” causing
mass flooding and drought events to occur over the lands occupied by their
enemies.
An atmospheric river
is a narrow corridor or filament of concentrated moisture in the atmosphere.
Atmospheric rivers consist of narrow bands of enhanced water vapor transport,
typically along the boundaries between large areas of divergent surface air
flow, including some frontal zones in association with extratropical cyclones
that form over the oceans.
The term was originally coined by
researchers Reginald Newell and Yong Zhu of the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology in the early 1990s, to reflect the narrowness of the moisture plumes
involved.
Atmospheric rivers are typically
several thousand kilometers long and only a few hundred kilometers wide, and a
single one can carry a greater flux of water than the Earth's largest river,
the Amazon River.
There are typically 3-5 of these
narrow plumes present within a hemisphere at any given time.
Unfortunately for the entire world,
this report continues, NATO and the United States have begun implementing the
worst plans outlined in the August, 1996 US Air Force research paper titled “Weather
as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025”

Important to note, this report says,
was that the “weather war event” that
devastated Krymsk was being aimed by NATO-US forces against China, North Korea and Iran, wherein the first two
were hit by unprecedented killing rains and floods, with the latter being hit
with a disastrous drought.
Iranian vice president Hassan
Mousavi on 17 July became the first world leader to bring notice about these
NATO-US “weather war” experiments to
the general public this year by stating,
“The world arrogance and
colonist (term used by Iranian authorities to label the West) are influencing
Iran's climate conditions using technology... The drought is an acute issue and
soft war is completely evident... This level of drought is not normal.”
Not only is the drought in Iran “not normal,” this report says, but the
drought in America's breadbasket that is intensifying at an unprecedented rate
is being caused by these “weather war”
events completely destroying the normal flow of our Earth’s atmospheric rivers
that now appear to be “totally out of
control” and may take years, if not decades, to recover.
The immediate consequence of this
historic US drought, whose situation is only worsening, with almost two-thirds of the United
States being affected, fears of a catastrophic global
food crisis have arisen causing Robert Thompson, former director of agriculture
and rural development at the World Bank and currently a visiting scholar at
Washington's Johns Hopkins University, to warn today, “This is a once- or
twice-a-century drought, and it's more severe than anybody has been preparing
for…”
The exception to Thompson’s warning
that no one is preparing for a global food crisis appears to be the United
States whose US Army forces have now joined their Homeland Security Department
in placing “urgent orders”
for massive amounts of riot equipment.
The same, however, cannot be said of
the Western people themselves as they, as always, continue to ignore the brutal
truths facing them having opted, instead, to continue to live in the fairytale
land of the mainstream media lies they’re continually told to believe against
all logic and common sense because, after all…what use is the truth when
they’ve already given up?
